Can You Do Cardio and Weights at the Same Time Reddit

I'thou told cardio and weight training in the same 24-hour interval is frowned upon, but is it viable at all?

Could I do my cardio early on in the morning and my lifting in the evening? Or vice versa? Would that be effective for fat loss and building musculus?

Information technology's not frowned upon at all; quite the opposite, actually.

It is recommended to lift first and then practise cardio after, though.

But light run in leg mean solar day? Or Cardio killer leg run?

I run ii miles in a park 3/4 times per calendar week and will do twenty-30 pull-ups per run. I also become to the gym 2/3 times per week and sometimes these overlap. As long as there's been some hours of rest in betwixt then you should be skilful to get your lift in the evening followed by protein and veggies.

Its fine. As others have said read the wiki. I would run afterwards lifting, or split them into separate sessions.

Personally, I am non doing much, if any, cardio while I am on my bulking phase and when I switch to my cut I will definitely incorporate cardio into my lifting schedule to speed upwardly fat loss and stay in shape.

I had to gain muscle before I could think about getting leaner though, non everyone has to worry near that.

Lift first and do cardio later on! It's just as effective and I've been doing that since forever. Of course you need a decent residuum time in between these only I usually take 15 minutes, have a wee snack, and practise whatever cardio I'm doing.

I think it's not ideal for muscle growth, and the manner around it is to have seperate weights and cardio sessions, one late and ane early in the mean solar day. Maybe even with a nap in between.

Cardio is great for general health, merely tin inhibit muscle recovery to a caste. If your goal is purely forcefulness or looks, you'd probably be meliorate off just using the fourth dimension to elevator more.
